We come to you, whether that is your home, school, kindergarten, day program or workplace, which removes travel barriers and lets us work on communication in the settings where it actually matters. We see clients of all ages and all presentations, from early intervention through to school-age, adolescents and adults, and a large portion of our caseload is NDIS participants, including participants with complex and high support needs. We have immediate availability for new referrals. Clients can expect clear, practical therapy, thorough NDIS-compliant reporting, and consistent communication with families, support coordinators and the wider support team.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
