Moonee Valley Health and Fitness is in the North-West of Melbourne and offers NDIS Exercise Programs for both teens and adults for better health, quality of life and to increase confidence and independence. We have exercise physiology, personal training, physiotherapy all accredited under NDIS as registered providers and pride ourselves on our supportive focus and genuinely care about our clients health and happiness in improving their quality of life.

We work with a range of disabilities and conditions including neurological conditions, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, acquired brain Injury, Alzheimer’s disease, developmental delay (adults and children over 6 years), cerebral palsy (older children, teenagers to adult), motor neuron disease, Down syndrome and other chromosomal disorders, genetic conditions, spinal cord injury, and mental health conditions where physical conditioning and regular exercise is of benefit.

If you are a participant in the NDIS, you may be able to access funding for exercise and fitness programs as part of your NDIS plan. This could include things like gym memberships, personal training sessions, or exercise classes. You can discuss your needs and goals with your NDIS planner, and they can help you identify the services and supports that will best meet your needs.
