About

Our Mission 1. Community Based Programs Community-based interventions are at the core of our values. These programs help make our clients less dependent on us, encouraging long term participation and ongoing self-management. Our allied health professionals will conduct an individualised program within your workplace, home, or community. Our structured approach enables our clients to be more comfortable with exercise, to better understand their pathology, and ultimately recover faster than other alternatives. Most of our clients commence with little to no experience with exercise and continue with the prescribed activity as a commitment to their ongoing health. 2. Injury Rehabilitation Through implementing evidence-based treatment programs, HWO assist individuals in overcoming injury and illness. Applying the latest clinical evidence our clinicians work with individuals in prescribing activity with the aim of improving range of motion, increasing strength, and subsequently improving overall function. Working with all musculo-skeletal injuries relating to the spine, pelvis, upper and lower limbs, hwo has assisted thousands of individuals in achieving their rehabilitation goals. 3. Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
