Quick response time and decision making is important to us as we understand the need for swift action when it comes to your support. The values underpinning all we do are listed on our website and these are a main part of our daily work and decision making. We are now a fully registered NDIS Provider and proudly provide the following services: Support with daily living: Our team of support workers are here to support with a range of supports based around your needs and preferences. We work with you and your trusted support network to ensure you live the way you want to with access to what you need to be independent. We will create a plan with you so we fully understand what you are looking to achieve. Support Coordination: Teaming up with you to make sure your NDIS plan works best for you. Our goal is to help you find the services you need, connect with different supports, and reach your goals. We’re here to make things easier for you and ensure you receive the right kind of support. It’s about working together to empower you and help you make the most of your NDIS plan. Psychosocial Recovery Coaching: Your recovery coach will have the required experience working with other services, are trauma informed and here to support you access services. We keep your priorities at the forefront of all our work together as we implement and make the best of your NDIS plan and mainstream services available to you.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
