About

Clean & Personal primarily provides NDIS registered home care supports including domestic cleaning, handyman services, and home modifications to NDIS participants. We have been registered and working with NDIS clients for over four years, but have been in the home help business for over thirty years in Metropolitan Melbourne. Our primary goal as an organisation is to support the choice and control of participants so that they may fulfil their goals and develop their capacity. This is why we primary offer our services only to NDIS participants, so that we can continue to ensure the continuity of supports and ensure we have immediate capacity (no wait lists!). We also aim to maintain the highest level of customer service, with all E-Mails, calls and texts received by our customers returned on the same day, and generally even sooner than that! Since becoming registered and working for NDIS participants, we have built an ongoing services relationship with over 700 clients throughout Melbourne. This achievement was gain and is sustained by our excellent rapport and relationship with many support coordinators throughout Melbourne, who continue to recommend our services. All of our home care workers are experienced with NDIS participants, as well as our handymen and our specialised in-home builder for home modifications. We thoroughly enjoy our work, and pride ourselves on forging longstanding and personalised relationships with clients to foster an environment where participants can have all of their ongoing, and changing, needs met.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
