All our drivers are trained and meets the following criteria: 24Care Transport General driver training while transporting NDIS clients 24Care Transport Client Manual Handling Infection Control First Aid - National CPR foundation/other accredited provider WWVP card with working with NDIS and Children approved Australian Police Check for employment purpose Companion services will be provided by the staff who have a minimum of cert 3 in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability/Relevant field)

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
