About

At Zenn Ability, we believe exceptional support begins with genuine relationships. We are a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high quality, person-centred services that empower people with disability to live with independence, dignity, and choice. Our passion is supporting participants in the place they call home. Whether it’s assistance with personal care, daily living, domestic support, community participation, or Supported Independent Living (SIL), our experienced team provides reliable, compassionate support that is tailored to each individual’s goals, routines, and lifestyle. We understand that no two people are the same. That’s why we take the time to get to know every participant, working closely with families, Support Coordinators, and allied health professionals to create supports that are flexible, responsive, and truly centred around the person. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes are more than just accommodation, they’re homes where participants feel safe, respected, and empowered to develop the skills and confidence needed to live as independently as possible. With experienced staff available 24 hours a day, we create supportive environments that encourage personal growth while respecting every individual’s choices and aspirations. Beyond in-home supports, we’re passionate about helping people build meaningful connections within their community. Through our Embracing Community Program, participants enjoy social activities, capacity-building experiences, and opportunities to develop friendships, confidence, and life skills in an inclusive environment. What sets Zenn Ability apart is our commitment to quality, consistency, and genuine care. We carefully match participants with the right Support Workers, invest in ongoing staff development, and continually strive to exceed expectations because we know that great support changes lives. When you choose Zenn Ability, you’re choosing more than an NDIS provider, you’re choosing a team that genuinely cares, listens, and is committed to walking alongside you every step of your journey. Our Services: * Personal Care & Daily Living Support * Domestic Assistance & Household Tasks * Community Access & Social Participation * Capacity Building & Life Skills Development * Supported Independent Living (SIL) * Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite * Group Programs through our Embracing Community Program

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
