Our founder, Tanya Walford, created this business as a mother to three NDIS participants. She understood that when you are a carer, family member or participant you just want things simple, easy and done. Appointment and paperwork fatigue is a real thing! That's why we offer simple ways to get in touch, simple paperwork and easy access to information.
We keep it simple.
We work in the background, paying bills and managing your documents so you don't have to.
We give you a dedicated person you can talk to - your own plan manager.
This person is a trusted part of your team and can be a great asset. It also means you don't have to re-explain yourself to different people.
We have a huge Australia wide network of providers
- registered and unregistered, who we can link you in to, and if we don't know we will find out!
We have more than 8 years experience in the NDIS
We know what the rules are, how to make the most out of your funding and have loads of innovative ways for you to maximise your budgets
