They have assisted us to negotiate the NDIS system and have provided very helpful and appropriate service details to meet our needs. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend.

so nice. i always feel important and supported when i'm with hart 2 hart. i love going to the Movies and the Royal Melbourne Show and also Love going to the Football. Greg and Kerrie are the best.

I used Hart 2 Hart when I first started with NDIS . I needed help at first, and had meetings and home visits by staff. I found them a great help and professional at all times. I felt more than a client with Hart 2 Hart. I felt their friendship and coordination to support me. I would recommend them to other NDIS clients.

The Team at Your Hart2Hart are just wonderful. Nothing is too much bother and they listen, like really listen to you. Can't say I have that from the other organisations I have used.

My son loves the programs they run. There is so much variety. Their staff are caring, compassionate, empathetic, inclusive and focused on great outcomes for their clients by individualising programs and facilitating independence.

Having just returned from aweeks holiday ,arranged through Hart2Hart our stay very relaxing ,with accommodation all meals and support provided .

Friendly ,supportive careers provided local knowledge for entertainment and points of interest to us .

Our laundry was even taken care of with no fuss what more could you ask for.

I have joined with Your Hart 2 Hart to attend AFL football games with their social group. I have fun going to watch Collingwood play. Your Hart 2 Hart are a friendly service and very easy to use. Good communication and range of activities

I have been with Your Hart2Hart for quite a few years now and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to assist you in any way they can. At one stage, they were written out of my NDIS plan and after I caused a stink, they were the first thing I had put back in place! If you want exceptional quality services, look no further. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

I’ve had great service and support from your Hart 2 Hart

Your Hart2Hart provides a wide array of supports towards people in need of assistance, whether the assistance required is physical, transportational, medical, mental or emotional. Their services are unlike anything I have experienced in my past encounters with support groups. They always manage to provide an abundance of choices in activities and outings they provide and have a large group of wonderful support workers who are always willing to support you outside of their expected duties.

They’re my NDIS coordinators, they find services and give various options to choose from. They offer me things like physio, OT, podiatry, and taking me to appointments. They’re very approachable, polite and available anytime. I recently had an appointment with one of the partnerships, and are extremely caring and will provide whatever I need. They’re always a phone call away. The biggest thing is they save me the hassle of running around and trying to access sections of the community I’m unable to with my NDIS. And also, they also accompany to my review appointments, and are just very friendly and treat me with respect. They’re just amazing, I’m so glad to be able to give them good feedback.

They were recommended by my best friend. I had a bad experience with another organisation. Within 2 weeks of signing up with them, things were put in place. On the first visit to me, a couple of days later I had my house cleaner come. She also organised my gardening and to get some rubbish removed from my backyard. They offered to come and support me the first time I had a dietician appointment. She’s put in requests to my plan manager for other things I need. All of these things were organised on the first appointment. I’d give her 12 out of 10 if I could. They are also lovely to talk to and I would recommend them to anyone who’s having difficulty with their provider. She’s happy to travel to me and she rings and calls me and is in constant contact with me and makes sure I’m in the loop.

I used this service for my great nephew. They did so much for my him, they gave him respite care, helped him with his sporting activities and psychiatrist. They organised a camp for him too. They also helped out with transport and a support person. There’s nothing we’ve asked for they haven’t been able to do. I can’t think of anything they can improve on. They’ve been prompt and gotten straight back to me when I’ve called, and occasionally check up on how things are going which I really appreciate. They give 120%.

My experience with Hart to Hart has been very disappointing. Company was employed to handle my brother's NDIS plan and unfortunately this firm was definitely not the one for us.

I hired the service to support me in all my requirements for life, filling out forms, or anything I need with my disability. They do everything they can to help me to life a normal life. They help me to get a job, calling agencies, calling people to my house to help to support me. She does not over-pressure me because she knows about my disabilities. I would like to be with this organisation for the rest of my life if I could. They are like a family to me. My worker is the best worker for me. I would love to do more but am limited by funding.
