Our specialist recruitment team carefully screen, validate & select each worker and ongoing our team leaders schedule, manage, assess, and train our workers ensuring you always have a reliable and trustworthy support team around you. School Leavers (SLES), Job Seekers & Employment Related Supports, Micro & Business Start Ups We have a specialist team of workers with education, recruitment & business startup backgrounds who support our school partnerships, school leavers, job seekers, employees and people looking to explore further or higher education, gain employment & start up or run a micro or small business. Through tailored individual strengths based supports our team will work with you in a way that works for you. Individual Skills Development & Training Our skills development trainers & coaches work with you to assist you to develop & enhance your skills via customised strengths-based learning approaches. We have over 80 life skills support courses such as pantry to plate, budgets & money management, small talk and more. Plan Management Our small Plan Management team offer a person-centred service - you can even ring and speak to your plan manager! Support Coordination Services & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Our separate Support Coordination team with Levels 1, 2 & 3 Support Connection, Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaches provide experienced supports to help you get the most from your plan. The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
