Wise Mind OT is a small practice with strong focus on mental health and wellbeing. We are dedicated to supporting individuals in creating a purposeful life enriched through connection and belonging. Our services are available in-home or within the community within the East and Northern Perth suburbs.

Wise Mind OT's areas of expertise include daily living skills, sensory profile assessments, functional assessments, emotional regulation, counselling, communication skills, employment, and more. We are available to both private and NDIS participants (self-managed or plan-managed).
