We Care Providers

I have been a participant with We Care Providers since June, 2022. In this time they have been significantly helping me with managing my musculoskeletal conditions and have reduced the impact it's had on my parents by assisting with various support. This includes helping get me to and from all of my physical therapy appointments every week.

I've had a very positive experience with the staff since the very beginning. While i was originally trying to learn more about care worker support options in my area, the managers at We Care were able to help equip me with the necessary information and guide me in the right direction as to which organisations could help me best in my situation, without ever once pressuring me to go through them directly. Additonally, when my family and I later decided for me to become a participant of theirs, the same managers went out of their way to help get me to all of my physiotherapy appointments immediately.

Every carer has and continues to give me so much to look forward to each time to see them, and they are very supportive and wonderful people to spend time with. Furthermore, I also feel that same level of care from every staff member I've been acquainted and communicated with on the management side of the company, who all go out of their way to both support and guide me with all enquires, updates, changes and applications without any hesitation or frustration. I couldn't recommend a better company and group of people to want to express and give my support back to in return.

My daughter has been receiving care from We Care Providers for a few years now, and every single interaction has been fantastic, to say the least. ALL staff genuinely care about her well being, and regularly go above and beyond. Right from the top, to the bottom line, everyone is genuinely interested in what they do. And it shows in my daughters improved quality of life.

I would have given 13 stars, but 5 was the limit.
