Total Care Team has now expanded services Australia wide via MS Teams, Zoom & Phone, providing online Support Coordination Level 1, 2 ,3 & Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Occupational Therapy , Allied Health Assistance and Social Work.

Total Care Team endeavours at all times to provide a professional service, assisting NDIS participants to achieve their goals.

Total Care Team consists of experienced team members who hold an array of qualifications in both Allied Therapy, Disability and Aged Care. Total Care Team can assist you with Support Coordination Level 1, 2 ,3 , Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Therapy Assistance.

Total Care Team will assist you to identify your strengths and develop your capacity to navigate your NDIS journey. At all times, support is based on a Person Centred approach, enabling you to achieve your goals and have choice and control of your supports
