Synapse

I was in a really mentally terrible state the other day trying to find answers with regards to a family member of mine with an ABI. I ended up getting onto the Synapse website and having a look at frontal lobe injury – which is what my family member has. I called their 1800 number and spoke to a lady who explained it in even more detail to me, and in a much better way than anyone who I've dealt with since my family member had their brain injury. I wish I had her name so I could thank her.

It completely changed my understanding of where my family member is coming from, and changed my relationship with them, as I now understand their point of view.
