Super Rehab, founded in 2013, had a vision to provide home-based Occupational Therapy services for the elderly in Sydney's inner-west region, enabling them to age safely in their homes. Since 2017, Super Rehab has grown to cover most suburbs in Sydney. Our reputation for providing exceptional care has enabled us to expand our outreach to include NDIS Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Podiatry services. To date, in 2022, Super Rehab has served over 2800 clients and visited over 400 suburbs within Sydney. As a team, we are dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based interventions and therapies that make positive changes in the lives of our clients. We believe in a personalised approach to providing care, emphasising independence, and promoting overall well-being.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
