Furthermore, we extend our education, training, and support to encompass Participant Medical Management Plans, addressing specific needs like Epilepsy and Seizure Management, Asthma Management, Severe Dysphagia, and Mealtime Management. Additionally, we collaborate with qualified Health Professionals such as Dietitians and Physiotherapists to deliver specialized sessions, ensuring the highest standard of care for our Participants.

Disability Support Worker- Western Suburbs since June 2023. Sublime staff are caring people and are great to work with and management are lovely, professional and EXTREMELY supportive at all times. I am so glad to have found employment with Sublime Care.

BEWARE
I’ve just left sublime care at Wallsend because of lack of compassion and not trained workers for high complex.. Over the 2 years I was with them Ive had workers
1) show up drunk
2) bring tinder dates to house
3) staff working in minimal clothing showing private parts
4) staff no training for personal care
I could list a lot of reasons but here are a few so please be careful if going to sign up with them..

Had a family member going through sublime and I found the company to be lacking communication,and caring & compassion.i WOULD NOT recommend Sublime care too anyone.
