Our unique model of integrated care is made possible by our team of experienced disability support workers, who work hand-in-hand with our home nurses and bulk-billing GPs. As one of the leading registered NDIS providers in Melbourne, the SeenCare team has extensive experience in the disability and healthcare sectors. This means we can ensure that participants with complex needs get access to all the supports needed to live independently and thrive in the community.

I have never been prouder to represent a company more than Seencare. The management team truly goes above and beyond for their clients, ensuring from the very start that they are fitted with the very best staff that are suited to their needs and ensuring to always be reachable to both clients and staff. They have a high standard of quality of care and are always upskilling their staff. I have had many clients rave about their experiences and it is clear that staff members truly feel valued also. An absolute joy to work for and represent.

I have had a great experience working with Seen Care. The management team is exceptional, always supportive and accommodating to both staff and clients' needs. When you are allocated to a client, you receive a thorough handover, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the client's specific requirements. This focus on detailed handovers highlights Seen Care's commitment to quality service and client satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Seen Care for their professional and client-centered approach.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
