We at Reform Exercise Science believe that personally tailored health and exercise should be the focus of your exercise and rehabilitation journey. Our focus is on an individual’s life position and ability. We work within Allied Health teams to formulate an approach that is specific, as well as realistic. Exercise Testing, assessing, prescription and your exercise journey is specifically altered and honed with the help of various medical associations to create an appropriate, evidence-based health care plan. You can continue your exercise journey with us for as long as you choose in our fully equipped fitness centre with our resistance training group sessions that are limited in number and always supervised. We have Highly trained, educated and accredited staff, that can rebate through Medicare and your respective private health provider. Our staff can perform cardiorespiratory testing, as well as a wide variety of health screening or exercise testing relevant to your specific situation. We are experienced with a variety of conditions ranging from Metabolic conditions (e.g., kidney disease or cancer recovery), Neurological conditions (e.g., Loss of feeling, pain, or paralysis), Musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., Injury rehab, surgery recovery, general strength, or lower back pain) or Cardiorespiratory conditions (e.g., lung and Heart function or COVID recovery). We are by appointment only and dont have members, so, call anytime to book your free assessment of servivce.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
