She identified a need for a unique, flexible service that valued and empowered its Clients to live their best life while being accountable to the Clients.  In 2020, a group of 4 passionate and highly successful leaders and health practitioners in the aged care and disability sectors were handpicked by Louise to continue this mission in her retirement. This mission to build on and expand the QSSS philosophy of empowering all disability and ageing Australians, who deserve caring supports that are flexible, to have control over their care in order for them to be able to live their best life. QSSS is a national Support Provider that specialises in uniquely supporting Clients live the way they want to. We deliver customised supports created by the Client, for the Client. QSSS provides the resources, tools and education to empower our Staff to make the impossible possible and create true choice and control for every one of our Clients.  QSSS takes immense pride in our innovative approach, which empowers our clients to handpick their own support team with our guidance. Our process is designed to be personalized from start to finish. Clients are invited to co-create tailored job ads, review resumes, and conduct interviews to select the ideal team members. We're there to assist in shaping their roster to match their comfort level – essentially, it's a team uniquely curated by the client and employed by QSSS exclusively for them. The beauty of this approach extends beyond the selection process. Each team member is rostered at the client's chosen time, an aspect we consider vital in maintaining the dignity, connection, and satisfaction of our valued individuals. QSSS is a nationally registered NDIS provider with our unique model allowing us to provide the same flexible and tailored supports wherever you reside. We would be thrilled you have joined our QSSS family and trust you too will see us as part of yours. VISION STATEMENT:   “Disability Support. The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
