All of our nurses have extensive knowledge in the complexity of bowel and bladder health and will work with customers to ensure the best outcomes to meet their lifestyle. We know how to write reports really well, which allows for optimum funding for participants plans to meet their needs. Our focus is to develop strong working relationships with our participants and the teams supporting them through good communication and professional but friendly service delivery. Services that we provide: Continence Assessments and funding applications. Bladder Scanning to determine residual bladder volumes. Continence Prescription. Male catheterisations. Female catheterisations. Supra-pubic catheterisations. Intermittent catheterisations. Bowel Management - including stoma care and trans-anal irrigation. Wound Management. Continence related training and education. Care planning. Telehealth.

Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
