Community Services:
With our community participation and engagement services, the goal is to help participants live independently and participate fully in their communities. Through a range of services including personal care, transportation, and social activities we aim to enable you to live the life you want to live.
Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching:
Designed to help people navigate their NDIS plan and journey with the right services and resources. Our Coordination and Recovery services focus on building resilience, developing coping skills, and improving overall well-being. Our goal is to help people with mental health challenges achieve goals and live fulfilling lives.
Accommodation:
In our accommodation services, we offer a wide range of options for individuals who require in-home support, whether it's a quick drop-in service (regularly or on occasion), or SIL arrangements that offer 24/7 support in a shared living environment.
Additionally, we provide short-term accommodation services for those in need of temporary assistance. It is our goal to encourage individuals to live their best lives in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
