P&L goal is to enrich the lives of those in need and their loved ones, by helping them make important life decisions and providing professional and compassionate care. We are a group of multi-cultural support workers and staff are here to provide a wide range of in-home care services and community engagement services to promote the rights and interests of people with disabilities. We have strong and positive relationships with other community organisations and in-depth knowledge of people with disability in multicultural communities. All our support workers and staff speak at least 2 languages including English which can affect access to information and services, ability to communicate to the office and other service providers regularly about Susan’s needs and preferences. Our SW got trained to respect and understand of the cultural considerations of participants’ preferences, practices, behaviours, health, mental health and disabilities.
