P&L goal is to enrich the lives of those in need and their loved ones, by helping them make important life decisions and providing professional and compassionate care. P&L values are compassionate, approachable, empowering and honorable. P&L is committed to delivering quality services for the health and wellbeing of our participants. We are a group of multi-cultural support workers and staff are here to provide a wide range of in-home care services and community engagement services to promote the rights and interests of people with disabilities. We have strong and positive relationships with other community organisations and in-depth knowledge of people with disability in multicultural communities. All our support workers and staff speak at least 2 languages including English which can affect access to information and services, ability to communicate to the office and other service providers regularly about Susan’s needs and preferences. Our SW got trained to respect and understand of the cultural considerations of participants’ preferences, practices, behaviours, health, mental health and disabilities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
