Friendly, relaxing and challenging when it needs to be. They strike a good balance and can also provide online sessions.

Can not fault Bridget at all!! She has done absolute wonders for my 7 year old. Would highly recommend her and the centre.
Bridget has been working with my 5 month old for a couple of weeks now and has given us some great exercises and information. She is wonderful. We’re very new to the OT and NDIS and Bridget has been very helpful.
The place is bright, welcome and comfortable.

Every interaction with the team at Posity Blackburn is filled with understanding and kindness. Not only have we seen remarkable progress with our son, but they show a true sense of care for our wellbeing as a family. We feel supported, listened to and valued. Very prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and further questions. Very quick in obtaining a therapist. Therapists are lovely and very adaptable and creative. Clean facilities. Parking on-site makes everything easy. I certainly recommend this service.

We attended Posity for six months and made very little progress. Despite trying to work through that with the clinics management there was no follow up to ensure the effective addressing of her stated goals. My daughters Paediatrician advised us to go elsewhere when I discussed the rate of progress. Regarding the response below, after sitting in on a session there was no further contact from Posity of any sort.
Hi Sian, we are sorry to see your 1 star review. We have had multiple discussions with you. Our clinical director personally assisted with completing your initial assessment report. Our clinical manager had multiple phone calls with and even attended one of the sessions.

The manager sends me a message at 6.58am in the morning on a Saturday, asking me when I'm going to pay invoices!
