Plan Partners

I would not recommend Plan partners they have neglected their duties in giving correct information in support coordination or providing any guidance at all really. I have had to ring NDIA and find out how I am eligible to use my funds through them a simple task of submitting quote has taken since July 2021- March 2022 meaning I could order meals I desperately needed. Plan management takes 9-16 business days or more for reimbursements when people who self manage receive them in 24-48 hrs on average they say they are inundated but have not made any real changes to staffing that I can tell in last 12 months. Biggest isn’t always best they were much better at start of my NDIS journey when they were a lot smaller.

Unfortunately Plan Partners was happy to take money but not happy to do the work involved. Hours and hours spent on phone trying to ascertain information from them, inconsistent decisions, lacked transparency, lacked knowledge and experience, eventually fired and SC advised it required a submission to the NDIS to force Plan Partners to stop taking plan management funding so new plan manager could commence paying providers. Sadly their mode of business was primarily neglect.

I have been using Plan Partners for over 2 years as the service provider for my daughters NDIS plan, my contact is Debbie Taylor and I am extremely happy with the guidance and assistance she has given me as I have navigated the NDIS system and how it can most benefit my daughter At times I have asked both difficult and simple questions and I am always met with a suitable outcome.

From provider perspective, they are pretty poor. They work with a participant I support and it feels like just pay anything without looking at it. Their turnaround on invoices is not too bad though which I appreciate.

As a busy service provider I work very closely with Plan partners regarding participants and NDIS. I prefer to work with and direct my clients to them if they are looking for Plan Managers or COS, as they are direct in their approach and when there are enquiries they get it sorted very quickly as they are well informed and educated in the NDIS.

beyond the spectrum provides supports to several clients that use Plan Partners as their support coordinator. I have only heard positive remarks and they all appear happy with the level of support coordination they receiving.

I have referred clients to them and I have also had positive interactions.

They were disorganised and unprofessional. They were very mean. My doctors keep a note not to refer them to anyone.

I have had experience with a couple of plan management agents now as a disability operator and found Plan Partners the slowest to respond to questions or get in touch with.

Payments have been okay but they seem to be too busy to keep up with emails at times

As a new independent disability worker, the support and advice I have received from Plan Partners Bundaberg has been second to none. Their approach has been truly second to none of which I can truly recognize after 30 yrs of running my own Real Estate business.

I received amazing information and advice, which will help me immeasurably in getting necessary supports. I'm so grateful for the support. They've also been very prompt and quick with paying invoices.

The team and management at plan partners are responsive and easy to work with. It has made collaborating on plan implementation easier and more effective. Has been great working with them since the NDIS rollout in 2016.

Plan Partners provide timely quality plan management to it's NDIS clients.

From one service provider to another, Plan Partners are such a wonderful organisation to work with. They are always fast and efficient, and ready to help whenever I have any queries. Plan Partners always keep their participants and other service providers up to date with NDIS changes and processes. A real pleasure to deal with.

I have been dealing with Plan Partners now for 2 years and have had nothing but an absolute positive experience with them. They are very personal and deal with your queries with empathy. They are extremely efficient and proactive in keeping you informed about your funding and any anomalies that arise from time to time with providers. It takes so much worry and time out of your life that I just can't understand why people self manage. I have recently taken advantage of another one of their services in using their Support Co-ordinator who researched other providers apart from those I am currently using which was amazingly helpful. I highly recommend Plan Partners !

I met Plan Partners at an information evening regarding NDIS. After 12 months of me going to other information evenings this was the most informative and easy to understand. I found them very enthusiastic and passionate regarding participants and their plans. Every call and question I have made has been answered promptly and professionally.

I highly recommend this service as they are reliable and supportive.

Been getting emails to sign up for dashboard and having issues signing up for more than a month. Called and emailed a few times with no help. Finally someone called and helped me and it was fixed. Dashboard is very convenient. No need to call them anymore for information.

In the beginning I really regretted using them, I found every time I called I never got through. About half way through the year, we then got sent a new mission statement saying they were changing things and they seem to be much more on point now. When I call, someone always answers and the person I talk to knows what they're talking about. In terms of giving advice about providers, they've been really helpful.

I work alongside people with NDIS Plans and I've heard from them amazing things about these guys – their invoices get paid & they communicate well including on the phone.

Quick service, helpful staff, best way to control and pay for NDIS funding

Plan Partners help pay for all my carers and do my invoices. They have been really helpful in trying to get my services to keep working with me. They are very nice, they're excellent. They treat me like human being – it's been so great. They let me talk and vent, and they listen. They're beautiful people! They made everything so easy for me – they sent me the forms I needed to get started with a self addressed envelope so I just had to send it back in.

Their highly committed, competent & friendly staff are very understanding of their 'Clients' & their 'Cares' needs. They posses an excellent knowledge of the NDIS & have been a wonderful guidance & support to me over these past 2 & half years with my son's NDIS PLANS. My case worker is an excellent communicator a wiz at 'trouble shooting' any problems & highly professional when it comes to dealing with other organisations on my behalf & a brilliant person & company to deal with.
