About

We are a small plan management service provider that specialises in participants in Early Childhood intervention but can service participants of any age. Our business focuses on providing efficient and simplistic plan management services as well as bringing in advocacy and education for NDIS clients. Some of the factors that set us apart from other plan managers include: Our company was founded by an OT with significant experience with working in the disability sector. This provides us with extensive knowledge across all areas of the NDIS to ensure that our participants are receiving the highest quality of service from all their providers. Our ethos focuses on having a small case load where we can provide individualised services to our clients and ensure that their funding is being utilised as effectively as possible. By having health professionals as plan managers, we can make evidence based and appropriate recommendations for each of our clients to support their NDIS journey to achieving their goals. We want to be able to empower our clients to take more ownership and understanding over their NDIS to be able to advocate for their individualised needs and achievement of their goals. We aim to process and pay all invoices within 36 hours.

Your questions, answered

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
