I’ve been seeing naturopath Julie for a range of health issues I’ve tried to resolve with doctors for years. Not only has she improved my symptoms and well-being dramatically, but she’s also so pleasant to be around. She is extremely knowledgeable with a kind nature, I highly recommend seeing her if you have any health issues that you’ve been battling with for some time. I have Aachilles problems and I regularly need heel lifts in my runners for when I run. I searched heel lifts on google like I do and found the product at this establishment online. The online price said the heel lifts were $10, which is a comparable price with other retailers and what I have paid in the past. Other retailers had them for $9.95 and $13.50. So I made my way into the clinic to collect. The price they then quoted was $10 for one, not for a pair. Strange to offer one over a pair. All offering elsewhere are for a pair not for a single one. I feel it is incorrectly represented. I actually felt a little embarrassed too, like I was being cheapskate. Reality is I can buy 5 pairs for $37.50 elsewhere and this establishment would have charged me $100. Fair to say, it's not conpletely right what these guys are doing.

I first started coming to Pillar Health at the beginning of 2022 after a few years of poor health. I’ve yo-yo’d to a few different Natrapath’s over the years, but the team at Pillar are different! They have been so committed to achieving results that are in line with my health goals and 5 months on I can honestly say I have seen a big improvement in my well-being and a significant improvement in some medical concerns I’ve been battling for a few years. I see Julie, who is warm, understanding and so knowledgeable in her field, not forgetting to mention the fresh warm tea she serves at the beginning of the appointment. I've been a regular at Pillar Health for a few months now and love the range of services they offer under one roof!

The facilities are modern, friendly reception staff, it's super easy to book an appointment, and it's in such a great spot - easily accessible by public transport and there's free street parking nearby too.

Highly recommend their osteo - Lauren. I've been working closely with her through 1:1 osteo sessions and group clinical exercise classes to tackle my chronic back issues and have noticed a significant improvement.

Lauren's care, professionalism, and bubbly personality is such an asset to Pillar Health.

Had to have a last minute appointment and Georgia saw me and gave me an impeccable service and aftercare plan.

I began seeing podiatrist Jemma Diner in July 21 ,referred by my Chiropractor because of pain in my ankle and foot with the promise that I would be assessed and not automatically put in orthotics.

Jemma assessed and treated me with regular excercise’s included.Jemma also recommended footwear so appropriate and spot on for me which just helped even more😊

Jemma’s has a such a kind ,caring manner ,I would definitely recommend her services to any friends and family with podiatry issues and any pain related to your feet!

Overall Jemma’s assessment, treatment and excercise’s personally prescribedfor me have been amazing as they have relieved me of my pain. No orthotics required, one happy client!😊

I went to Jemma, 2 months ago thinking I would need surgery on my foot.In two months I have a 90% improvement in my foot condition from my treatment and treatment plans from Jemma.I couldn't be more grateful to Jemma and Pillar Health. Chelsea the physiotherapist suggested I try a Reformer Pilates class......WOW! So far 3 classes in and have noticed increased mobility and strength.

I saw Chelsea at Pillar Health and highly recommend her. Chelsea was welcoming and professional , taking time to explain in detail how to best treat and manage my symptoms.

WOW what an experience! I saw Chelsea for my neck and shoulder pain and not only did she address my primary issues, she also took the time to listen to and understand how the rest of my body was working and contributing to my symptoms. I felt so comfortable and at ease with chelsea. The clinic also has a great friendly vibe and very clean :)

I saw Jade at Pillar and was incredibly impressed with her attention to detail and holistic approach to my health. Jemma was such an amazing podiatrist on my visit. Her knowledge of strength and conditioning is phenomenal and she was able to adapt her style to my needs. Her analysis of my walking also pointed out some very small details that could make a huge difference to my calf pull. I could not have been happier with her and her injury rehab.

Very professional and capable clinic. After first visit Chelsea developed a very clear 2 month plan, not just focused on visits but a good balance of treatment and home exercise. Their use of technology is fantastic. Easy to book appointments and by providing treatment plan and exercises in an app makes it easy to access. Also extremely friendly team.

Had my first appointment with Chelsea, very friendly and the service was great.

My experience at Pillar Health was amazing. The clinic is beautifully presented and the lady at reception was extremely welcoming. The curved walls and the colour scheme was modern but classic. I saw Chelsea the Physiotherapist who listened to my concerns, she provided a realistic outcome and outlined the steps required. She even emailed me a summary of our appointment.
