Performance Occupational Therapy is an Occupational Therapy services provider across Adelaide servicing NDIS participants aged 15 and above. We are a mobile service and will come to see you at home or your preferred place of appointment.

Services are offered in the following regions:

- Adelaide Metro

- Adelaide Hills

- Fleurieu Peninsula

- Gawler & surrounds

- Barossa valley & surrounds

Our Occupational Therapist has 6 years of experience supporting NDIS participants with the following:

- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA),

- Prescription and provision of Assistive Technology;

- Home modifications assessments and recommendations;

- Capacity building and life skills development;

- Housing assessments and reports;

- Plan review assessments and progress reports;

- Ongoing therapy for skill acquisition;

- NDIS reports for participants involved in the justice system.
