Pathways to Care NDIS Plan Management

Hired for my daughters NDIS, pretty good at explaining things. They've got us on a waiting list for Occupational therapy. however, I would like more explaining of what else I could get out of it. Like, I would like them to be more engaged, so I can know what else I would be eligible for. Because most of what has been given is because it's what I've requested. But I have limited knowledge of what I'm eligible for. They haven't suggested what else I could get to support my daughter. They are looking after the funds well though.

Pathways to Care is a very professional and caring organisation who have helped me and my daughter, who is in the NDIS, with plan management. We have found them extremely helpful with any queries we have had. They are easy to contact via the phone and always respond promptly to email enquiries. Their plan management portal makes it easy to track all our providers' invoices and to see how much of the NDIS funding we have spent and how much is left. In fact, they contacted us first, ahead of the NDIS or our LAC, to let us know our new plan was in effect. A wonderful plan management company!

I would like to highly recommend a support coordinator at Pathways to Care. She came to the house and immediately put me at ease. She listened and showed compassion and understanding. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I can ask her to deal with all the NDIS stuff that felt too overwhelming to deal with. She responds quickly to all emails and has even emailed a few times just to see how I was going and if there was anything she could help with! I can't speak highly enough of her!

I found it difficult to make an informed decision when selecting a support coordinator for my sister as everything was new with the NDIS and apart from an initial phone conversation with the receptionist we were somewhat entering the unknown. In the end we selected one named “Pathways to Care” that was close to my sisters home. We were so pleasantly surprised as our support coordinator was so easy to communicate with, switched on knowledgeable and had a great eye for detail.

It’s early days yet but I have found the whole experience exceeded my expectations and our support coordinator was able to explain all our options in a way that really made sense. The follow up has been great and I really do feel I have a partner now in helping me to navigate all this complex and at times confusing NDIS stuff.

I haven't been with this service for long but so far it has been exemplary. The building was a little awkward to find and park but once I met with the support coordinator I was very impressed and she has been great at following up.

My experience so far with this organisation has been exemplary, we have been receiving services from this organization since June and the staff member they sent is very caring and hard working, if we need any help to organise meetings with other organisation this is no bother, they have acted as our advocate on many occasions and have always fought for our benefit, when we require advice from their representative it is always helpful and very good advice, I can't think of much more than to say you cannot go wrong with this organisation.

I have been with Pathways to Care for both my support coordination and plan management for the past 6 months. My plan manager is excellent, so on the ball and gets everything done with no issues at all. I don't think they could do it any better. I was given 3 options when I started and I am so pleased I went with Pathways to Care and I would recommend them to others for all their plan and support coordination needs.

This is my first experience with support coordination/plan management under the NDIS . Compared to what I had previously experienced under the ISP schedule. I found my support coordinator to be both prompt and thorough with any queries I had about my plan and I could not commend her highly enough for her willingness to follow up and ensure that I was happy with how my plan was being implemented and that I was happy with everything.
