Hired for my daughters NDIS, pretty good at explaining things. They've got us on a waiting list for Occupational therapy. however, I would like more explaining of what else I could get out of it. Like, I would like them to be more engaged, so I can know what else I would be eligible for. Because most of what has been given is because it's what I've requested. But I have limited knowledge of what I'm eligible for. They haven't suggested what else I could get to support my daughter. They are looking after the funds well though.
