Our Range of Services: • SUPPORT TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR NDIS PLAN: Nextt can help you coordinate all of the services you are entitled to under the NDIS through our Support Coordination services. Our Support Coordination services are available in all locations except Brisbane. • SUPPORT WORKER SERVICES: Nextt can provide you with a range of support worker services to assist you to develop your skills, to reach your personal goals, and with daily living and personal care. • SUPPORT TO ACCESS YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY: Nextt can provide you with support worker support to access your local community for recreational, educational or vocational purposes. • SUPPORT FOLLOWING A SERIOUS ACCIDENT OR INJURY: Nextt can provide you with a range of attendant care services, providing complex care for participants with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). We are a registered service provider with NIISQ, Lifetime Support Authority (LSA), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and iCare. • SUPPORT TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY: Nextt can provide a range of disability accommodation options, to support you to live independently in your own home, or in shared accommodation with other people.
