Do not trust the reviews! Left my place DIRTIER than when they started! They have shut down/re-opened to avoid bad reviews. Wiped the floors with a dirty smelly mop so the house smelled awful. Also covered in shoe prints. Did not use any products in the bathrooms, just wiped general areas with water and missed all the edges. We paid $400 for a “deep clean” of the bathrooms and it wasn’t even a basic clean. Ken is a criminal, he underpays his staff, sends them to do jobs with unreasonable timeframes. When we complained he did not offer a solution. He does not care and will close down and re-open when the bad reviews pile up again. AVOID!!!!
Hi Siem, thank you for sharing your opinion with the public. Unfortunately for us, your review is not based on true story. You did not pay $400. That was my quote but you negotiated with me right from the beginning. We have been always using professional cleaning products and yes we did use them at your place too. By saying that Ken is a criminal you are just proving my point that you can't be trusted. We never shut down and re open the busines. We have been in the business over a decade.
All cleaners are paid very well and we are all working extremely hard to keep our clients happy and satisfied. After you were complaining to me I was offering cleaners return immediately but you asked me to come back in two days. In the meantime everything will be used again and it will not be "fixing" job but completely new clean. I offered you at least three options but non of them worked for you. To be honest here you have been extremely hard to satisfy and to deal with. Seeing you spreading lies publicly and posting two reviews under two different names is shameful. Please do not call us again
Do not trust this business to clean your home.
I paid for a deep clean and was extremely disappointed. I was told 3 cleaners would come for 2 - 2.5 hours, but only two came for 2 hours.
After the clean, the house just smelled off. They used a dirty mop that is long overdue to be replaced.
In the bathroom, the shower screen was barely touched; soap scum, some mould build-up, and superficial stains on the cabinet remained.
To the cleaners' credit, the kitchen was done well including the oven. But overall, a complete rip-off. Tried getting them to come back and do the job properly but they were very difficult to deal with and ended up showing up unannounced, before Ken (manager) told me it was my final chance. Worst customer experience I've had in a long time.

It was an emergency cleaning and I was contacting all the cleaners available that I could find. This company was the only one that was willing to come at the last minute and I must say, the work performed was impeccable! Deep cleaning = super deep cleaning with them! Finding a cleaner for my bosses home during lockdown was a bit of struggle, until I came across Radim and his amazing team. Radim is very lovely and his communication is excellent. This is a very belated review but I still would like to post it. I used Radim’s service last year in March 2020 to clean the 1 bedroom apartment of my recently deceased mother. He sent 2 young woman and they cleaned for 2 -3 hours. Unfortunately I paid them without checking on the quality of the job, but did so after they left. I found thick dust piling along all the walls, dust on reading lamps, surfaces were not cleaned properly, it was obviously a very superficial 2 minute job. Carpets were not hoovered. I sent photos to Radim and he was very apologetic and offered to send the girls back, which was very inconvenient for me at the time. I asked for a reduced price on a repeat cleaning service, he messaged he was busy and would get back to me.....I’m still waiting, haha. I would not use his service again.

We get Neighbours Cleaning to help us out on the eve of our at-home-wedding. We left it late in booking, but we found dealing with Radim to be really easy and fast. He was very helpful in making clear arrangements with confirmations over the phone. The cleaners were excellent and took a lot of initiative in the cleaning. They ended up running out of time because we wanted to add to what they should do. Radim fixed that too: he arranged for the cleaners to stay overtime to help us with the extra stuff - we appreciated that immensely. I'd recommend this business unreservedly to anyone who needs great cleaning that's efficiently arranged!

Neighbourscleaning managed to fit in a last-minute clean during the very busy Christmas period (which was a relief for me!) and did an incredible job! The cleaners managed to get stains out that I didn't even think were possible to get out, did a wonderful deep clean in our bathroom, and made my balcony windows sparkle. Very bad cleaners, good for really light cleaning, very bad for deep cleaning, used damaged equipements. Do not recommend at all - very bad experience, they left the place almost dirtier as they were using old sponges, only the carpet cleaning was not bad but very toxic, my throat was hurting after, do not contact them

Fantastic job!! Completely surpassed all expectations. Managed to get marks off the walls, cleaned every inch of the flat, including the oven which hadn’t been cleaned for a year and was in an awful state!! Also swept the outdoor areas which we weren’t expecting. Worth every penny!

The cleaner turned up one hour late, and was not prepared for the cleaning job that was clearly booked. Telephone call to the office met with little success. Cleaner left after 10 minutes and with little information given by the office. A very unsatisfactory experience.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Neighbours Cleaning. I have used this company twice, however on both occasions the cleaners were late as they got the address wrong. I recently engaged Neighbours Cleaners for a bond clean costing me $270. Although they have a guarantee with their bond cleans I have found Radim to be very unhelpful when trying to arrange a re-clean. I’m now having to arrange for another cleaning service to come in and finish what Neighbours Cleaning started. I am very disappointed and would never use this company again.

This is now the fifth or sixth time that we've used Neighbourscleaning for move/move out cleaning services, and our second or third review. The customer service for this company is nothing short of excellent. Radim always answers texts right away and does everything possible to accommodate your timing. As always, the cleaning was done to perfection, the place was left spotless, and we are very very happy with the results. The cleaning team showed up on time, were very polite, and got the job done quickly and properly. Great price, too. Fantastic work at a reasonable price. They've been cleaning our place for almost a year now, and I have no regrets.
My only dislike is that they only accept cash payment. As long as you're okay with that I would certainly reccomend them :)
