myAutonomy Plan Management

Was good when small company till it expanded. For the last year it has been a series of consistent massive mistakes made more than once, a lot of stress and support workers unpaid on more than one occasion for prolonged periods of time. I was doing their job for them more than once seeing where mistakes had been made with funds taken from wrong plans (happened 2x), orders paid for twice (this happened 3x), invoices for assisted tech items not paid, I had to consistently follow up, lack of in house communication and thorough checking, stressed workers, no prior warning of funds depleted till all gone, no prior warning of funds relinquished till workers were told they wouldn’t be paid. Do not recommend. Stress and constant work and more stress. It is meant to make things easier not harder.

My Invoices I have submitted are always processed & paid within a 2 day turnaround and there friendly, helpful staff have been valued & appreciated. I feel supported and can't recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely stellar company and service.

It was a near seemless experience from the start, my plan manager was professional, to the point, and approachable to deal with, despite having never met and doing business over the phone. They allow invoices to be sent in as often as my client and i need, and they pay in record time, within a day or two on average. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I only wish i had a few more clients thru this service, but they are interstate.

Complete stellar service. Would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible. Legendary stuff !

Always open and quick to help make the complexities that are found with the NDIS so easy and seemless. myAutonomy keep me updated regularly and their reporting is easy to understand. I always have the visbility via the app on how our funding has been spent and the remaining budget available.
