I've been with MPM since 2017 and can 100% recommend them as a great service provider under my NDIS banner, for managing all payment transactions that are required of my plan. They have always been very proactive with me and my service providers' invoices and if there is a query, they're onto it straight away so delays don't happen in paying for services or reimbursing payments to me. 5* recommendation.

Extremely happy with this service! So asy to send Invoices through, account portal very easy to navigate, invoices are lways paid promptly, on the rare occasion I need to speak to someone staff have always been really friendly and happy to help!

As a support coordinator I sometimes don't have time to be on the phone all day. When I contact My Plan Manager they respond within 24 hours sometimes the same day. When I call they don't just rush me off the phone. They want to help. They provide information that helps improve the outcome of my participants claims. They think outside the box and provide a great service.

Each time I have called My Plan Manager to query my funding, understanding of my plan allowance or how to submit invoicing, I have had every operator explain patiently and with kindness in tone the steps by step.

To my surprise, I have had return calls if they were immediately unavailable to the degree of continuum until each matter was resolved.

I am ever so grateful for the professionalism demonstrated.

Being on a spectrum myself, my communication style at times can be overwhelming for the recipient, I have never once felt this an issue whilst dealing with them.

I would highly recommend MPM they help deal with the finances, keep you informed and are happy to put an account on hold if you want to check the invoice with the provider and then will pay it when I am satisfied all is correct.

Really lovely and dedicated people that don't tolerate misconduct. They pay promptly and have excellent communication skills. Their software is great and they have a lot of neat features, a dedicated team of experts in your state and nation wide if decide to move.

I’ve found MPM to be prompt with reimbursements to myself and my providers, together with communications. Specifically in relation to advice of payments being processed. Which I find is very good - it gives me an opportunity to respond and advise if I do have an issue with any providers claims and am able to halt the processing of a claim until I’ve resolved.

My Plan Manager and my family have been friends for a few years now and they have gone above and beyond with assisting me to navigate the complex world of plans, budgets, goals and any problems I have encountered with the NDIA. They are kind people and make a strong effort to continue to make their newsletter and services accessible.

I was having issues with certain service providers who I believed were more interested in supporting their bank accounts than my needs, complicated doesn’t begin to describe me.

MyPlanManager gave me the support and advice that was both honest and caring. Exactly what was needed at the time, I found that the MPM people were happy to listen and honestly cared regarding my issues…….

I like some things about My Plan Manager. Other times when I ask them to make their communication with me more clear in future they flat out refuse. This is unnecessary and frankly lazy and not person centred. They need to listen to us clients requesting better communication more, and work out beside us how they can deliver that. It wouldn’t be hard.

Given enough time by the worker you may be working with I can get out what I am trying to say with clarity and before you can blink issue solved

If you have any worries about signing up with a plan manager worry no more, my plan manager are good at what they do have very friendly staff and are extremely helpful. I have been with my plan manager for a year now and just rolled over another year with them . They helped me understand my daughters plan and use it to its full potential. They just make it so easy and you don't have to worry about a thing . I highly recommend them as a plan manager.

I will recommend My Plan Manager to any and all NDIS clients as they have been a great help in my journey through a sometimes very difficult situation. You can ring up any time and talk to the very friendly, courteous and helpful staff by phone, or email.

My NDIS case manager has also reflected on how good MPM is, and has stated they are one of the best out there.

My plan manager strives to help their clients and improves the day to day lively hood of the people with a disability.

From a Support Coordinator's point of view, the MPM portal is very easy to use, provides an excellent breakdown of any activity made on a client's plan and the original invoice can be viewed in PDF. There is also a phone app which makes it super easy to check things on the run. The staff are always very helpful. My only issue I have encountered was an invoice was incorrectly charged to one of my clients but after a quick phone call, it was identified that another participant had the same name and was reversed. MPM really assists me to manage my client's plans very well and with relative ease. I don't hesitate in including MPM in my choices pack of plan managers.

The staff are extremely helpful...95% of them...I only dealt with one person, (out of many) who wasnt as kindly and helpful.....so knowing their name, would not deal with that one, in future.

They really try to help which is so wonderful, as its hard already, dealing with disabilities. On the whole, a very capable and caring team!! Thankyou!! Ive been with them for a year. I am a mum of two girls on the NDIS and wasn’t sure where to go to find a plan manager. MPM have been great. The phone support has been excellent and they helped me manage the online component of submitting invoices etc. All our invoices have been paid promptly and I have received helpful advice on how to make the most of our plan.

The team are responsive and provide personalised support to any query. Invoices are paid in a timely manner with clear information to support our own accounting processes.

My Plan Manager is good at sorting out confusing emails to them, but the waiting time for payment is too long.

Each time I ring MPM I often reach a representative I have had before. This makes the experience so personable as they know who you are. They are always so polite and friendly and bend over backwards to help. Very happy with MPM!!

I used this service for myself. Have dealt with a large amount of inconsistency and false information the time I was with them. Invoices took over a week to even be looked at, let alone processed. They couldn't even find many of them when I tried repeatedly to chase them up. There's no appropriate follow up, I even had a huge amount of trouble leaving the service. The app is helpful when it works. Would not recommend them to anyone though.

Difficult to work with, staff seem obstruction-al. They can not find documents attached to emails. They have delayed releasing payments, even after quotes submitted. Unable to get a strait answer as to what My Plan Manager needs to release funds.

The use of apps etc help track funds etc. but worse than trying to get sense out of an overseas call center selling windows virus protection.

I've had the plan managed with My Plan Manager and the year is nearly up. Though they have paid the invoices that I've sent, it has been a rough journey. Invoices had to be chased up for payment on numerous occasions, payment instructions were not followed on numerous occasions and the staff are always "new" when you talk to them on the phone so they are not able to action the request. Overall, poor customer service.

My Plan Manger is great – she's great! She's made my bills seamless. I don't have to do anything. I send her invoices she pays it – it's great!

After my 1st experience with another organisation I can highly recommend My Plan Manager. Apart from courtesy and assistance they have provided me with an email version of a letter to send to my service providers (big help). This essentially means i don't have to be in the middle, my providers deal directly with them. They are always polite, efficient and extremely easy to deal with and have assisted me in support to find providers whilst my previous financial intermediary would not do at all.
