In the short time I have been invoicing MPM I have nothing but positive things to say.
I phoned once after my client was on board to see what was needed and it was a pleasure to speak with someone that knew exactly what was required, was friendly and caring.

I've been with MPM since 2017 and can 100% recommend them as a great service provider under my NDIS banner, for managing all payment transactions that are required of my plan. They have always been very proactive with me and my service providers' invoices and if there is a query, they're onto it straight away so delays don't happen in paying for services or reimbursing payments to me. 5* recommendation.

As a support coordinator I sometimes don't have time to be on the phone all day. When I contact My Plan Manager they respond within 24 hours sometimes the same day. When I call they don't just rush me off the phone. They want to help. They provide information that helps improve the outcome of my participants claims. They think outside the box and provide a great service.

Each time I have called My Plan Manager to query my funding, understanding of my plan allowance or how to submit invoicing, I have had every operator explain patiently and with kindness in tone the steps by step.
To my surprise, I have had return calls if they were immediately unavailable to the degree of continuum until each matter was resolved.
I am ever so grateful for the professionalism demonstrated.
Being on a spectrum myself, my communication style at times can be overwhelming for the recipient, I have never once felt this an issue whilst dealing with them.

I’ve found MPM to be prompt with reimbursements to myself and my providers, together with communications. Specifically in relation to advice of payments being processed. Which I find is very good - it gives me an opportunity to respond and advise if I do have an issue with any providers claims and am able to halt the processing of a claim until I’ve resolved.

I was having issues with certain service providers who I believed were more interested in supporting their bank accounts than my needs, complicated doesn’t begin to describe me.

I like some things about My Plan Manager. Other times when I ask them to make their communication with me more clear in future they flat out refuse. This is unnecessary and frankly lazy and not person centred. They need to listen to us clients requesting better communication more, and work out beside us how they can deliver that. It wouldn’t be hard.

If you have any worries about signing up with a plan manager worry no more, my plan manager are good at what they do have very friendly staff and are extremely helpful. I have been with my plan manager for a year now and just rolled over another year with them . They helped me understand my daughters plan and use it to its full potential. They just make it so easy and you don't have to worry about a thing . I highly recommend them as a plan manager.

From a Support Coordinator's point of view, the MPM portal is very easy to use, provides an excellent breakdown of any activity made on a client's plan and the original invoice can be viewed in PDF. There is also a phone app which makes it super easy to check things on the run. The staff are always very helpful. My only issue I have encountered was an invoice was incorrectly charged to one of my clients but after a quick phone call, it was identified that another participant had the same name and was reversed. MPM really assists me to manage my client's plans very well and with relative ease. I don't hesitate in including MPM in my choices pack of plan managers.

The staff are extremely helpful...95% of them...I only dealt with one person, (out of many) who wasnt as kindly and helpful.....so knowing their name, would not deal with that one, in future.
They really try to help which is so wonderful, as its hard already, dealing with disabilities. On the whole, a very capable and caring team!! Thankyou!! Ive been with them for a year. I used this service for myself. Have dealt with a large amount of inconsistency and false information the time I was with them. Invoices took over a week to even be looked at, let alone processed. They couldn't even find many of them when I tried repeatedly to chase them up. There's no appropriate follow up, I even had a huge amount of trouble leaving the service. The app is helpful when it works. Would not recommend them to anyone though.

Difficult to work with, staff seem obstruction-al. They can not find documents attached to emails. They have delayed releasing payments, even after quotes submitted. Unable to get a strait answer as to what My Plan Manager needs to release funds.
The use of apps etc help track funds etc. but worse than trying to get sense out of an overseas call center selling windows virus protection.

My Plan Manager
I've had the plan managed with My Plan Manager and the year is nearly up. Though they have paid the invoices that I've sent, it has been a rough journey. Invoices had to be chased up for payment on numerous occasions, payment instructions were not followed on numerous occasions and the staff are always "new" when you talk to them on the phone so they are not able to action the request. Overall, poor customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm so sorry to hear your service wasn't up to standard and I apologise we did not exceed expectations as is our goal. As we've been expanding, we have indeed had many new staff members, but that is no excuse for having to chase up payments and the other problems you've experienced. I will pass these words back on to management and we will endeavor to ensure these are addressed.
My Plan Manger is great – she's great! She's made my bills seamless. I don't have to do anything. I send her invoices she pays it – it's great!

After my 1st experience with another organisation I can highly recommend My Plan Manager. Apart from courtesy and assistance they have provided me with an email version of a letter to send to my service providers (big help). This essentially means i don't have to be in the middle, my providers deal directly with them. They are always polite, efficient and extremely easy to deal with and have assisted me in support to find providers whilst my previous financial intermediary would not do at all.
