My Guardian

I was looking to transfer providers and wasn’t sure where to go. After searching my wish came through and through word of mouth I was referred to My Guardian, who came highly recommended. Since transferring to My Guardian we have had no regrets.

They have been very supportive and understanding of my dad’s needs. One of my wish list requirements for dad’s carer was to find a personal carer that could connect with my dad.

My Guardian (Lara) took the time to listen to me. Lara was able to find the right person who has been sensational. It’s like he and dad have known each other for years.

It’s important I feel to have such a connection as they are entering into the home. You want your parent/s to be comfortable.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a provider to reach out to My Guardian. You can’t go wrong.

I highly recommend My Guardian. We have been with them for over a year now and they have been providing us with great services. The various dedicated staff have been professional and lovely to deal with, particularly Samar who is recently taking care of us. She is consistently performing a great job at staying on top of our needs and keeping us updated with changes and options.

My Guardian is an age care business that operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Extremely happy with their service and caring for my Grandmother 83 and Grandfather 90. They went above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed. They also supported my grandmother in dealing with the situation of her husband’s change due to Alzheimers. My Guardian, (especially Samar and Zeina) were all lovely and friendly Arabic speaking staff. They helped my grandparents understand what they are eligible for. The best move we made for my parents, was to allow My Guardian to look after them! All the staff are a pleasure to deal with and are always so helpful and informative. Mum and dad have had a few case workers look after them over the years and they've always had their best interest as the top priority and none more than the lovely Nessryn who is their current case worker. It was very hard to trust anyone with my own parents, but My Guardian have proven to be the right fit. Thank you all so much for your continued care.

I have been with My Guardian for the past ten months after two less than positive experiences with other providers after moving back to Sydney from the country. The staff at My Guardian are always available to assist with any questions I have & to solve any issues that I may be experiencing. The staff that come to my home for domestic support & to take me shopping are professional, friendly & do all they can to make my days easier. Both my parents (89 & 91yrs) use MyGuardian to provide Home care service. I was recommended by a friend about this local company. From my first contact, the service was fantastic. Every time I ring, my call is answered promptly by courteous, professional staff. The care managers are amazing, every request is granted. The personal care staff that attend to Mum & Dad in their home are Brilliant. Always on time, always polite and respectful and I cannot fault any of them. We used a big rival service provider for years prior and I wished I had made the move sooner.
