Mind UR Health is a Support Coordination organisation that offer Support Coordination Levels 1, 2 and 3. We work sensitively and respectfully with parents, young people and adults on the NDIS.We work collaboratively with other NDIS and mainstream agencies in complex problem solving, assist participants and their families formulate goals that align with their needs, well-being concerns and connect participants with appropriate providers always ensuring they can exercise their choice and control.
