We specialise in assisting individuals of all ages with learning difficulties, mental health concerns, physical disabilities and cognitive impairments. We offer: - Functional Capacity Assessment reports - NDIS Access Request - NDIS End of Plan report Little Steps Big Leaps can offer services to participants within Australia and can be completed either in person (within the participants home environment if appropriate) or via Telehealth. We have immediate capacity to complete reports.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
