I have been working off this platform for nearly a year now and have no issues with them they are always easy to contact especially via email and they get straight back to you. Pay is always on time.

I have had regular clients since i started and they think i might be right for a certain client they will call me personally to discuss this with my i am so grateful to have found this platform for me to work for myself which is something i have always want now going into my 60's i can still work my own hours with clients that appreciate you.

Workers are honest

I used Home Care Heros a couple of times for my son but I found it harder to pay bills and select staff than other platforms out there. They don't pay their staff travel time and don't pay their staff as well as other platforms.

Home Care Heroes are an outstanding organisation. We selected two heroes from their data base to work with two members of our family both of whom have recently received NDIS funding. The two heroes are fantastic, responsive to our family needs and above all to the needs of the two clients. The heroes are punctual, empathetic and very willing to take on tasks. Well done HCH you are offering clients and their families choice,piece of mind and respite from caring.

This is an organisation that really seems to get what it means to put the client first. They went above and beyond to find the right support workers and did so with good clear communication. It was truly a partnered experience and in a world that so often wants to tell you what you can have their approach was a breath of fresh air.

The flexibility and affordability has meant that we have been able to maximise our NDIS funding. We hope that this service approach continues because so far what we have been able to achieve for our son using their services has given him greater independence and a meaningful social life for the first time in his life.

Initially I used HHC for my daughter to have a companion while walking to her day activity. We wanted someone to help her get there safely and we wanted someone her own age. Finding someone was really easy through HHC and my daughter loves her. She's reliable and friendly and we're now looking at doing more things like social stuff.

Checking through the options of heroes was really great. The booking system is really complicated though and I ended up having the hero help me with that.

We love home care heroes. Having a child with a disability is sometimes hard for a parent to let go of the reins. Home care heroes are fantastic. We love that they have a flat rate no matter what dat or time you use them. The heroes are amazing so friendly and helpful and our son gets so excited when his new friends are coming to take him out.

The booking and payment process is so easy the heroes book the jobs us parents don't have to do much which is great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a companion or helper. We have used two different helpers on a regular basis and they are both fantastic

Our carer from Home Care Heroes is a perfect match for our mother who has dementia. The carer immediately formed a strong bond with our mother and gained her trust. The carer is always patient and is able to adapt her approach based on the situation. Home Care Heroes has a wide range of carers and the ability for clients to choose the carers who best meet the client's needs is a point of differentiation for HCH.
