Kylie is an amazing support coordinator and has a great understanding of mental health illness (e.g schizophrenia, alcohol/drug use). She is always prompt and detailed in her communication and is quick to follow up on any issues - always keeping her participant's interest at heart. She has supported many NDIS participants through challenging circumstances including risk of homelessness and recurrent hospital admissions. Kylie is knowledgable and professional in her dealings with external stakeholders such as LACs, case managers/professionals in the public mental health system, Department of Housing and Office of the Public Advocate.
