Key Community Supports is a small business, owned by individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities. We have a wealth of knowledge in Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, and working within the NDIS system. With over 35 years of combined experience, we have learnt that the KEY to a person’s success is engaging with the right supports that area individualised to their needs and situation.
