Kepal Building Services is a professionally run, family owned, local business. We pride ourselves on our ability to get the job done in a safe and timely manner, whether it be an urgent, after hours requirement, or a large scale million dollar upgrade. KBS has some 30 direct employees, and a state wide network of over 200 contractors, covering all building trades. Our site supervisors have a broad range of experience, including metro building sites, the construction and maintenance of industrial buildings, construction of new domestic houses from scratch, along with maintenance of older domestic properties.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
