I have been a client of Including You for over two years. I am very satisfied with the service they provide. The team of support workers is fantastic. All very caring and kind and all assist me with getting involved in the things I enjoy. With their support I am back in the kitchen cooking, I go out to the gym and to the markets and they help me with the therapy exercises set by my physio and speech therapist. If you are looking for a company who will listen to you and who have high quality staff, you should given Including You a try.

My husband has been a client of Including You for almost a year. We decided to give them a try after a poor experience with a larger, well known provider who let us down a few times. Our move to Including You for support coordination and in home support was the best thing we ever did. They listen to you, are positive and instill a sense of confidence and hope, are reliable, keep us informed and the standard of carers is fantastic - people you are very happy to have in your home. My family recommends Including You without reservation

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

To learn more visit https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/am-i-eligible

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
