About
Our Mission 1. Community Based Programs Community-based interventions are at the core of our values. These programs help make our clients less dependent on us, encouraging long term participation and ongoing self-management. Our allied health professionals will conduct an individualised program within your workplace, home, or community. Our structured approach enables our clients to be more comfortable with exercise, to better understand their pathology, and ultimately recover faster than other alternatives. Most of our clients commence with little to no experience with exercise and continue with the prescribed activity as a commitment to their ongoing health. 2. Injury Rehabilitation Through implementing evidence-based treatment programs, HWO assist individuals in overcoming injury and illness. Applying the latest clinical evidence our clinicians work with individuals in prescribing activity with the aim of improving range of motion, increasing strength, and subsequently improving overall function. Working with all musculo-skeletal injuries relating to the spine, pelvis, upper and lower limbs, hwo has assisted thousands of individuals in achieving their rehabilitation goals. 3.
