Heroes Allied Health offers fully mobile services, with clinicians travelling to clients’ homes or community settings, a method preferred by most NDIS clients. The team of clinicians focused on providing clinical excellence for individuals living with disabilities and chronic medical conditions. They believe that working together in a supportive multidisciplinary team consisting of medical specialists and allied health professionals ensures the best outcomes for our clients. Heroes Allied Health is run efficiently under experienced management, with a highly skilled Practice Manager overseeing the admin team and a senior Clinical Manager supporting and managing the clinicians. This structure ensures smooth operations and maintains the high standards for which the company is known. The vision is to empower people living with the impacts of disabilities or chronic health conditions to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.​

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
