At Enable Exercise, our team of expert physiotherapists and exercise physiologists specialise in assisting individuals with neurological disorders through safe and intensive exercise rehabilitation.

We provide:

- Services for people with complex physical and neurological disabilities,

- A range of flexible services including group exercise classes, one-on-one clinical sessions, community and home visit sessions, telehealth and hydrotherapy sessions,

- Functional goals which focus on optimising the clients engagement with the wider community, including improved cognitive and fine motor skills for driving or building strength to help push their wheelchair,

- Promotion of social participation and community engagement by encouraging clients to participate in accessible fundraisers, charity runs, board game nights and other social activities.
