Housing My Background: I have been in the Welfare field for over 34 years I have worked with many diverse individuals with complex and challenging behaviours. In the last 20 years I have worked with Multiple and Complex Needs individuals. My skill set is around building and maintaining healthy relationships with my staff and those we support. Networking is a passion of mine as we can all work together to make lives better and access to services easier. For the past 5 years I have developed Easy iCare to be a service provider that is flexible and is focused on meeting the person we support and their family or guardians support needs. We give as much choice and control as we can as safely as possible. We build healthy relationships with those that we support.
