We recently changed to Coordination and Care Services Pty Ltd – Support Coordination and have Jacinta for our boys. She has been fantastic without her help we would be just putting up with a plan that doesn’t work and my son would not be getting the services he needs. She helped us get a new review. Nothing is too much trouble and her knowledge of the whole NDIS system is second to none. She looks at the whole picture and how it affects the whole family. You are not just a client she develops a connection with you.

Finally, a Support Coordinator that actually coordinates support. Dila is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. Will take the time to answer my many questions, returns my calls if she is busy, investigates my inquiries and will always try to find ''can do'' ways to make things happen for me. Highly recommended.

My new support coordinator is really good. Dila takes the time to explain the things to me that I find hard to understand. She will listen to me and make sure that all my goals are met. Dila makes sure that I get the best out of my NDIS funding to make my life better. Sometimes she just rings up to say hi and see how I'm going which is really nice.

The support and guidance which Jacinta has given has helped us see a brighter future for my son. l have the confidence that with Jacinta's support, he will achieve new goals, even though it may be very challenging for us as a family.
