At the top of their service! My brother is a NDIS participant with this company and I must admit the STA he got was pretty decent. M glad we chose these guys for my brother as he receives a pretty good service overall and would not think twice before recommending them to anyone.

This is my first Plan with NDIS so having it managed by Complete Care in a time of pandemic specially has been such a weight off my shoulders. So professional, but also friendly and understanding, they really go above and beyond. I highly recommend Complete Care.

The level compassion and patience and general warmth provided by Complete Care was definitely a draw card for us. Complete Care helped from the get go, they helped to filling out the access form for the NDIS and also helped with providing us with a support worker that was just right for our needs. Definitely a service that's unique in so many great ways. Thank you again.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
