Compassion Care is a NDIS-registered provider based in Williams Landing but we offer services all around Melbourn. We recognize the importance of individuality, which is why our Support Work services are person-centered supports. We are committed to matching our clients with the appropriate support workers. We work with our participants to build a support plan that outlines their requirements and goals. Our mission is to provide services that are tailored to each participant's unique needs, as well as to encourage and assist them in meeting and exceeding their goals. Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on providing appropriate assistance to CALD participants with disabilities and also removing barriers such as linguistic, cultural, and religious understanding. Within a week of the referral date, we match recommended individuals with appropriate support staff. We work with the participants and their families to ensure that they are happy with the support person assigned to them.
