Carlitas Care Services is a dedicated team of individuals that specialise in providing NDIS supports such as: - Accommodation / Tenancy Assistance - Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports - Assist in Personal Activities - Assistance with Travel / Transport Arrangements - Development of Daily Living and Life Skills - Innovative Community Participation - Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement - Household Tasks - Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities - Respite Care We are all about connecting and delivering supports to a wide range of participants, and here at Carlitas Care Services you can enjoy a day or more participating in “your choice” of activities. Some of the activities that our participants enjoy doing are: - Music - Technology - Visual arts - Personal development - Home and living skills - Cooking and sports - Yoga - Travelling If you would like to do something different then no problem, our support workers can support you to participate in activities that you want to do. We personalise your experience by matching you with a support worker that shares your special interests.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
